Refund and Cancellation Policy

At our small bakery, we appreciate your understanding of our pre-order system. Due to the nature of our business, we require 24 hours' advance notice for any cancellations or changes to your order. Here's how we handle refunds and cancellations:

• For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
• Orders cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a full refund.
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.
